Why This Exists
Built by Someone
Who Did This
Manually.
"I built my entire recruiting pipeline from scratch. My mom recorded every game on her phone. I edited the film on Saturdays, emailed coaches Sunday nights, and tracked depth charts in a spreadsheet I made myself. It worked. But it should not require that level of effort from every family."
Joseph Occhipinti played at Hillsboro High School in Nashville and earned a scholarship as a punter to Western Kentucky University. He built his recruiting pipeline manually because no platform brought all the information together. It worked, but it took months of work that most families don't know to do.
Today, Joseph works in AI software sales, where enterprise teams use scoring models, account prioritization, and data signals to focus on the right opportunities. RosterFit applies the same logic to college recruiting. Every family deserves the tools that should have existed years ago.
