How long does it take to get a response?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1 business day. For urgent account issues, please email us with "URGENT" in the subject line.
I found a bug. Where do I report it?
Email contact@myrosterfit.com with a description of the bug, your device/browser, and any screenshots. We take every bug report seriously.
Can I get a refund on my subscription?
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to contact@myrosterfit.com within 7 days of your charge and we'll do our best to make it right.
I'm a college coach. How do I get in touch?
RoosterFit is a student-facing platform in this phase. If you have questions or concerns as a coach, please email contact@myrosterfit.com and we'll route your message to the right person.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly from Settings → Security, or email contact@myrosterfit.com and we'll handle it within 2 business days.
