If you connect your Gmail account, we access only the data necessary to support the coach outreach tracker feature, specifically sent emails and replies related to your recruiting activity.

We use your information to generate your fit scores, power the outreach engine, track recruiting activity, and improve the platform.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your Gmail data for advertising purposes or share it with any third party outside of what is required to operate the platform.

RosterFit's use of data accessed through Google APIs is limited to providing and improving features directly requested by the user. Our use of Gmail data complies with Google's Limited Use Policy.

We access Gmail solely to support coach outreach tracking and do not store email content beyond what is necessary for that feature.

You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at contact@myrosterfit.com. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services.
